EverSuite is pre-packaged solutions from Ever. EverSuite is based on industry standards: J2EE, XML, JDBC, SOA, LDAP Connectors.It is composed from the folowing modules:

ES-DMS, ES-DMS enables an Enterprise to capture (scan, import, transfer, input) its various multimedia document and to index them.
ES-Portal, the turnkey portal solution.
ES-Mail, ES-Mail enables incoming and outgoing electronic mail to be transformed and processed like true electronic documents (indexing, treatment, classification, access). Then the content (body and attachments) can be controlled and archived.
ES-Folder, the electronic file and folder management solution. ES-Folder and its DocFlow functionalities enable multi-users access to the Client file. ES-Folder enables classification, storing and archiving, in compliance with the NF-Z42 013 standard.
ES-COLD, the report management solution. ES-Cold covers all needs relating to legal archiving and instant restitution (PDF On demand) of print document spool and documents originating from third-party systems (ERP, Publishing, etc.).
ES-ArchiveRM enables management of the life cycle (from acquisition to archiving) of records, in relation to the preservation, traceability, responsibility (signature) and electronic archiving.

Flora is pre-packaged software from Ever for libraries, public archives and museums. Flora is based on EverSuite technology and therefore respects the same standards (J2EE,...). Flora also corresponds with the specialised standards of public organisations (Unimarc, ISAD/G,etc).

EverSuite and Flora are integrated easily into the existing Information System of the organization.
